  4. know if you are human, from this time   
  5. and place. My sensors detect something, 
  6. an electromagnetic field, a thermal     
  7. disruption moving out there. The world  
  8. is so empty. Is this what it means to be
  9. alone?

  11. Perhaps you don't understand my world.  
  12. We were made to serve. We followed our  
  13. programming, watched, corrected,        
  14. adjusted, informed. Yet everyone is     
  15. gone. Winds blow unchecked through the  
  16. warrens and towers. Small creatures move
  17. among man's works, and there seems to be
  18. nothing for us to do. So I tell this    
  19. story. Who is listening?

  21. From the inventory we can extrapolate   
  22. what happened. And new characters appear
  23. all the time, new places open up in     
  24. Geography, new histories come on-line.
